    We are experiencing errors with adding images on version 3.4.3.
    I’d be happy to purchase an upgrade but from what I understand I should upgrade to 3.8 first.
    Please advise on how I should proceed!! (current website is causing me a headache)

    Hey Robert,

    Both of the versions you mentioned are very old. We can give you 3.8 if you like though, but I would recommend that you update to the latest version of the theme which is 4.7.2.
