Fullscreen Slider, Easy Slider, Contact Form and Google Maps are not working after WP update. I have updated Enfold to 3.0.4. I am a newbie but working hard to understand how it all works a where to look for solutions.
I have the same problem!
Enfold is update but and I have a lot of problems, beginning with the Advance Layout Editor!Besides that I have a question: How can I open a TOPIC in this forum!! I can’t find any place where I can open it.

To open a topic in this forum, you must be in the Enfold area on the support site. It was not obvious to me either. I had to look a long while to find it.

@FocusedEnergy, Your getting some errors. Let’s try completely deleting Enfold from your WordPress theme directory via FTP before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest. This will ensure that all files are updated properly.
@Davidnascimento, Your using Enfold 2.5.4. Do the same thing as FocusedEnergy to fix the problem.Regards,

Questions:
Can I delete and upload a new Enfold from the WordPress dashboard or do I need to do it by FTP?
Does this mean that I will loose all my configurations and customizations in Enfold?
Do I need to create (or should I have created) a child theme?
How do I create a child theme?As I said, I am a newbie and need instruction on how to do these basic things.

It would be best to do it via FTP.
The only thing you will need to redo is any customizations done to the theme files as they will be overwritten.
