    Hi Team Kreisi, I received support from your Mike, thx so much. I was told by him to create a new topic:

    1 I would like to update child theme form parent theme Enfold 3.0.4 to newest (tried via FTP but returns all blank pages on new Enfold version)
    2 I would like to update to newer / newest / compatible WordPress version
    3 Site is running now a childtheme with parent theme Enfold 3.0.4 and WordPress 4.0, PHP version 5.6 (upgrade to newer 7.2 failed: generates blank pages)

    Do you have a backup ready? Do you have a test server where you can attempt an update and see how it works?

    Thank you team Kreisi, Mike & Victoria — I have achieved full updates by FTP: WordPress, (parent-) Theme Enfold, and PHP settings on server side. My approach was: update WP first, update Enfold, update PHP, all done manuallly by FTP. Now I only need to update my Themeforest settings / API in order to update Enfold in future…
