Last year I bought Enfold 2017 and everything worked well until now. I’m not able to edit the following widgets: text, custom html and image.
Help!
April 6, 2018 at 7:57 am #938081Hey lcorcuera4,
Do you mean on the widgets page or somewhere else?
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Best regards,

BasilisApril 10, 2018 at 12:15 am #939458It appears to me that our current Parent Theme (Enfold) Version Number is 4.1.1. Is there a new one?
April 10, 2018 at 12:46 am #939471I just updated the theme. Now we have version 4.2.6 but the problem not solved. I can’t edit my widgets!!!
April 10, 2018 at 7:31 am #939639Hi,
I’m not sure why that is not working, I very much doubt that it’s theme related though. Please try to add this to your wp-config.php file:
define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false );Best regards,

April 11, 2018 at 1:52 pm #940495Hi,
Ok, thanks for the feedback. I think it’s your content which is crashing the widget in some way, since all the other widget seems to be working as they should. Could you try to delete and recreate it to see if it behaves in the same way? Before that you could try the custom html widget with some simple markup in it to see if’s actual working or not.
Best regards,
