    Hi,

    We are using Enfold 4.0.3 and have an issue when we add a Hotspot to an image inside a Tab Section.
    It appears to render the following section outside of the “wrap_all” div and therefore breaks the page/footer.
    This does not happen until a Hotspot is applied to the image.

    Hi Nik,

    Thanks for that though your installation is asking for a verification code sent to an email, I’m not sure which one you have used? If you could post a working verification code here in private then all moderators will have access to it. Even better would be if you turn off that functionality so that we can login using the regular WordPress flow.

    Hi Nik,

    Thanks for that, I got in now. Could you try to activate debug mode in order to display shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, then copy/paste the shortcode from the problem page to a new page to see if that helps please?

    Okay it looks as if that has fixed the footer issue (link in Private Content).

    I meant can I use the Advanced Layout Builder I do I need to use shortcodes?

    Hi Nik,

    Ok, thanks for the clarification. Yes you should be able to use the builder as normal, the problem seems to have been that the content was placed outside of the wrap_all div like you pointed out. It’s a problem that we see from time to time but we haven’t been able to find the cause of it yet. Moving the content to a new page seems to help, which it did in your case too. So to conclude, you should be able to work normally using the builder from now on.
