    Installed the Enfold 2017 Layout 3 times (including totally new wordpress setups) now trying to get it to work and it would seem that no images are uploaded to the site and that the slider is an extra purchase! This has wasted a large number of hours in the way of my time trying to get something that, from you, has always worked perfectly in the past.

    This layout says… “Demo Images included:” which they are not.

    Having purchased ten copies of this theme now I am seriously disappointed with this and have wasted hours trying to fix something that will not work despite having purchased the theme once again specifically for a new website.

    Am I doing something wrong or is the description of it being a fully working incorrect? Your description is below..I (I do not require woo commerce or bbpress but there is no mention of having to buy the slider as an extra cost.

    Hey madmanbean,

    First of all, the slider bundled with the theme is free to use and doesn’t need anything to make it work. As for the images not being uploaded to the site after importing the demo, there might be something that prevents it from getting uploaded. Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    I chose a demo but i can’t see all the images and content, I don;t know why.

    Hi anitaredpeps,

    It looks like they are being blocked since they are not being served using https, could you try to delete the images in question and then add them back in please?
