    We are getting errors when trying to install the new 2017 Enfold theme on http://www.c3coffee.com (and other URL’s – same error) Here’s the error log:

    The error doesn’t point to the theme, can you give us ftp access also?

    Here you go Nikko – FTP credentials in Private Content area. The error happens when we try to load the demo content for Enfold 2017.

    Hi,

    The ftp access isn’t working, also when I checked your site it redirects to https://www.hugedomains.com/domain_profile.cfm?d=c3coffee&e=com which shows the site is for sale :(

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late response and missing the thread. I checked the login credentials you gave, I tried to use username and password or email and password but access is denied. The ftp also is denied, this is the error:

    Response:	530 Login authentication failed
Error:	Critical error: Could not connect to server
