Hello,
I reviewed support and it looks like others are having similar issues uploading the 2017 Enfold Demo. Some of the images come in, but none of the pages. I am running current versions of Enfold, WordPress and php 7.0 — do you have any idea when a update might be issued to solve this problem?Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas :)
We would like to inspect further, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Please see URL as directed. My apologies for the delay.
Thank you!
January 5, 2018 at 9:50 am #893617Hi,
Thank you for the info.
Did you try the other demo? One workaround is to import the demo on a local installation then migrate it to the live site. We usually recommend the following plugin.
// https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-migrate-db/

Always learning new things around here! However, I would just like to have the Enfold Demo upload as is. Is this possible?
Thanks!
January 6, 2018 at 6:43 pm #894169Hi,
I have viewed you site and it seems that it is already built, so I hesitate investigating the 2017 Demo import issue as I wouldn’t want to overwrite your current site and lose any settings or design.
Are you planing to start over?
I would also recommend disabling your plugins and clearing your cache plugin before importing the demo.Best regards,
MikeJanuary 6, 2018 at 10:29 pm #894228Thanks for you caution Mike — I’d really like Nikko to take a look.
Cheers!January 8, 2018 at 3:26 am #894553Hi,

Unfortunately, some servers are not compatible with the WordPress Importer, which is what the theme is using to import the demo, so it’s really not something that we can fix on our end. Please try the suggestion above.
Best regards,
