    Hello,

    I’m trying to download the “Enfold 2017” demo (webhosting: OVH), but I constantly get the following message :
    “importing didnt work you might want to try reloading the page and then try again”

    I also tried to import the .xml file, but then I get a 504 error page.

    I’ve seen many topics on thisi subject, but couldn’t manage to resolve this problem by myself.

    Hoping someone can help me !

    Thanks for your reply.

    As I am on a “shared server”, I don’t have access to the php.ini file.

    After further research, I’ve tried to add the following lines to the “wp-config.php” file:
    `define(‘max_execution_time’, ‘3000’);
    define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMI’, ‘512M’);
    define(‘upload_tmp_dir’, ‘/tmp’);

    But same problem…

    Hi,
    I took a look at your site and was able to login to the WordPress and the FTP, so if you would like we could try installing the demo for you. But we will need to reset to site, which will cause you to lose all settings and replace them with the demo settings.
    Would you like us to try this?
