    Hello,
    I did a new WP installation, installed Enfold and Enfold Child.
    On Enfold Child I imported the “standard demo”, but the site doesn’t look like the demo.

    I checked your site and it appears the server may not support demo import script. Please, try importing the demo manually https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/initial-theme-setup/#manual-demo-import–xml-file-import-

    thank you. It’s sad that a big hosting service like Strato doesn’t support demo import script.
    I try to import manually then.

    Hi,

    Yes, it’s a bit of a disappointment. Here’s another issue with the Strato host.

    They’re blocking the IP address where the files should be coming from so you can’t import any demo successfully when it’s hosted on their servers.

    Hi,

    I tried importing Enfold manually but I think I made a mistake.
    Can you please install the standard demo on my site?
    It’s ok that I’ll lose all conten and settings.

    Hi,

    I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?

    The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

    Hi,
    I was able to login to your WordPress site, but I was not able to login via FTP, please check.
    I notice that you have started creating you site, do you still wish for a manual install of a demo?
    I see that you understand that in doing so you will lose all content and settings.
    I also see that you asked for the standard demo but please note that this demo doesn’t include all of the demo images that are in the version you see online, perhaps you would be interested in the 2017 Demo which does include all of the demo images?
    Please let us know your choice and check your ftp password.

    Hi,

    I wasn’t aware that you need FTP too.
    I’m very unhappy with the support. I had this problem in may 22nd and it takes around 3 days until I get an answer from you.
    When some data is missing for you to support me, I gave you the missing data within a few hours and I expect you to check earlier than 3 days for the data.

    I will now try to build my website with trial and error because the whole “webdesign process” is taking too long now.
    I had other themes on different projects and their support answered within a day…..
