Hello,
I have set up a new website and tried to import the Enfold 2017 demo https://kriesi.at/themedemo/?theme=enfold-overview but it isn’t fully importing properly for some reason.

Would you be able to assist or tell me why it’s not working? I’ve followed the demo import instructions and tried to do it few times now.

I have checked your site and the problem why it doesn’t import is the PHP ZipArchive Extension is disabled.
Please enable it and that should work. You may need assistance from your web host to enable it.

I will look into that soon, before I do, is it easy to remove the old demo import (the one that hasn’t worked).
Or do I just import the demo again – will it overwrite the old one?

Importing demo again will override the settings but it will not override pages, posts and menus, it will just create new ones, you can just remove the existing pages, posts and menus but if it’s too many, you can use this reset plugin:
