    Hi,

    I cannot register as our site was built by someone who bought Enfold and who is now not communicative.
    I have two questions of things I would like fixed in the theme and I cannot find them in the Support forum.
    How can I create a login to ask Support if what I need is doable? I believe its a glitch in the theme.

    Says Password incorrect..
    This is not my account.. (so i cannot reset it)

    Is there any way I can get a support ticket?
    We obviously own the Enfold template and we need some assistance.
    It may be a bug as i feel whats happening should not happen.

    How about this?

    Can I show you the error I am having and you can just tell me if thats how the Enfold will function, or if its a glitch?

    If its a glitch, I will pursue this further with my web developer and get them to contact you guys.
    If its a normal function of Enfold, I will hire someone to modify it for me.

    Can you do that?

    Hi,

    That is not a glitch. The sort buttons or filters are not related to the lightbox script at all. The lightbox includes all images in the gallery by default and is not going to be affected by the current filter.

    Then since its not a glitch, is there a way to make it function as I assume it should. or would like it to?

    If I can hire someone to make it work as I need it to, that is fine.

    Hi!

    You can re-initialize the lightbox script every time a sort button is clicked and then look for the grid items that are actually visible in the grid container. That is possible but will require modifications that are beyond the scope of support. You may need to find someone to do it for you.
