Hi I have had someone build a site using your enfold version 4.3 he has disappeared and there is no key on the site so I can’t access anything so do I have to register my copy

If it is WordPress backend access then please check with your hosting control panel.
If you want to get access to theme updates or downloads please contact Envato support and check what they can do for you. Sales and theme activation is handled by Envato.Best regards,
