If you choose, you can get hosting from many different places such as: WP Engine or A2 Hosting it really depends on what you are looking for in a webhost. We are not associated with the hosting, we provide the theme.

    Yes the theme comes with 6 months support via our support forum: https://kriesi.at/support/
    You can also Extend support for as long as you would like.
