    i paid for a site to be made with enfold and now it is not functioning. Was I ripped off and enfold was never paid for? did someone pirate the theme? If i buy it, will everything work again?

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Sorry to hear about that. I wanted to check which version of the theme you are using however current active theme is not Enfold. There might be compatibility issues between WordPress, Enfold and/or plugins depending on the version you are using.

    Have you purchased the license yourself or company/developer you worked with purchased it? If they have, please ask for your purchase code (so you can register to our support forum and start new threads whenever you have a question or an issue), API key and username (so you can insert them into Enfold theme options to receive auto updates).

    If you purchase Enfold again, you can register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and we would gladly look into it :)

    EnfoldVersion: 2.5.4 The person is no longer in business so i am not sure how it worked. I have been using it for years with no issues. If it is in my folders, does that mean I purchased it?

    Hi,

    You are using a very old version of the theme. You need to have an access to ThemeForest account that was used to purchase the theme. Otherwise, i am afraid you would not be able to update the theme.
