    Dear Sir,
    I just bought your Enfold theme with a support license. I just encountered a problem while installing your theme so I wanted support. I just am redirected to your general forum. I am not able to ask a technical question via email?

    I am encountering a problem installing your enfold theme on my website (www.bas24.com). It gives me an error with ” Missing a temporary folder”. I don’t know how to solve this. How can I get personal help? Please do not redirect me to your forum.

    The forum is our support channel, it’s no different from what you are doing now. If you still don’t want to register and open a ticket on the forum then post your purchase information here and access to the website so that we can have a closer look.
