Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

i try to put Purchase Code in my enfold but does not work it still show only version and no update and i go to

You should generate API key and place it in your Enfold theme options, not purchase code. Please post your purchase code here privately so we can reset your account.

on my wordpress i had update new version and for the code which you give i try put in enflod but it still show running on version 2.9.2

i had login using my email to the forum and search for enflod but where shall i go Home/Forums / Enfold/
to put in the key
ok i manage to search the download link in google. btw currently my web have data and i download the theme file .zip.

Your data and content are saved on your database. You can simply overwrite theme files via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
