Hey Support team
I have installed Enfold and Enfold Child Theme as well. However, there are a few problems
Firstly it shows the following error after imported “Default Demo”:
“LayerSlider encountered a problem while it tried to show your slider. Please make sure that you’ve used the right shortcode or method to insert the slider, and check if the corresponding slider exists and it wasn’t deleted previously.”
Strangely, I don’t find the above problem with other demos, that I have tested on my WordPress.
And another issue is that the demo “Enfold 2017” can be imported, it failed all the time.
I purchased enfold only because of the default demo, and I can’t really use it now. Please help.
It is very frustrating to let my website hanging there.

Hi,
The login token doesn’t work, it only redirects to the home page. You have posted your email and purchase code, that is not something which we can login to your site with. Please post a working token or regular working login details in private so that we can have a closer look at the backend of your site.
