HritterMarch 26, 2015 at 8:18 pm #418781Hi Hritter!
That should be displayed by default. Your getting a javascript error so maybe that is interfering with it. Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest. This will ensure your using the latest version and no files are corrupted.

ElliottMarch 27, 2015 at 5:47 am #419091Hi Elliott,
The site is live and we are using wmpl. Deactivating all the plugins is possible but it will just show nothing after deactivating all the plugins. The step 2, is it possible just to copy replace/overwrite the theme?
Thanks,
HritterMarch 27, 2015 at 10:20 am #419167Hey!
You could try to just overwrite via FTP to see if that works. http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Did you add any modifications to the child theme folder? Please post the login details here and set it as a private reply. We would like to check it.
Cheers!

I already update the theme and this code already gone
.show_mobile_menu #mobile-advanced li {
display: inline-block;
}But still the mobile menu is not working. The site is LIVE and this can’t be allowed. Most of our clients are using mobile devices. For the we add jquery that when click it will show the mobile menu. Please have look again why the mobile menu is not showing on update theme.
Thanks,
HritterApril 9, 2015 at 6:54 am #425715Hey!
I copied the footer.php from your child theme to my own installation and it breaks the post navigation and the mobile menu. There’s a lot of custom modifications there and one of those might be causing the issue. The file is completely different from the original file. Please contact the developer who modified the file to investigate the issue. Maybe recreate the modifications using the latest footer.php file.
Best regards,

IsmaelApril 13, 2015 at 8:00 am #427339Hi Ismael,
wp_reset_query function work like a charm. Thanks.
About the issue on mobile navigation. I try use the original footer code without customization but the mobile menu still not working. Can you please help me to trace what is the caused of the problem on this part.
Thanks
HritterApril 14, 2015 at 9:42 am #428074Hey!
It’s really kinda hard to trace back all the modifications on the child theme folder. What happens when you activate the parent theme? Or deactivate all child theme modifications by renaming the files temporarily.

IsmaelApril 22, 2015 at 9:07 am #432631Hi Ismael,
I try to activate the parent theme and the mobile menu is working properly. We are using also bootstrap. Am not sure if this have to do with bootstrap? Does the mobile menu not conflict on bootstrap?
Thanks,
HritterApril 23, 2015 at 7:13 am #433264Hey!
We really cannot answer that with certainty. Debugging the issue will take time so it’s better if you hire a freelance developer to fix it. Please contact codeable: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization
