Enable mobile break points (columns) sooner

Hi!

I am struggling with Enfold not looking so great on iPads. I would like the mobile version of the site to be activated earlier. Not just the menu, but the whole site.
Example: to have columns go under each other sooner.
I remember reading about it here a few months ago, but now I can’t find it.
