Enable gzip compression

Hi there,
I had run a performance analysis on my website and it was mentioned in the analysis that a few of the factors leading to slower website load speed is:
1. enable gzip compression
2. inline small javascript
3. defer parsing of javascript

I am not a technical person to be looking into changing the theme settings. Hence, I will like to ask if there are any solutions to loading the page faster. Have pasted in the analysis contents for “enable gzip compression” in the private contents below.
