Searched the forum, but can’t find a solution.
On pages with the setting Transparent Header in Header visibility and transparency , there is an empty alt and title tag:
class='alternate' alt='' title=''
Any chances to fix this?
Hey Tobias,
Please go to Media > Library and edit your logo image to add alt and title tags
Best regards,
Yigit
Hey Yigit,
I checked it: for both Logo versions title and alt were already set.
Any other ideas?
Hi,
We can’t reproduce the same issue on our installation. Did you apply an alt and title attribute to the following image? https://www.tobiasglawe.eu/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/tobias-glawe.png
The alt attribute is ok but not the title attribute:
<img height="100" width="300" src="https://www.tobiasglawe.eu/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/tobias-glawe.png" alt="TOBIAS GLAWE Fotografie" data-pagespeed-url-hash="3401707723" onload="pagespeed.CriticalImages.checkImageForCriticality(this);" style="max-height: 116px;">
We also noticed a custom script added to the logo markup.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hello Ismael,
titel and alt is set for this image. The custom script was generated by the nginx PageSpeed Module.
Hi,
What happens if you deactivate that plugin? The logo markup should have the title and alt attribute by default. We tried to login but the login credentials seem to be incorrect.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hi,
sorry, I’ve corrected the password, now it works.
The PageSpeed Module is part of the ISP Server configuration.
Hi,
Is there anyway that you can disable that module or exclude the logo? It is altering the logo markup. Please check the demo and you’ll see the default logo markup. http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/
