    Hi there,
    since some update i have an empty area under my Revolution slider.
    Depending on the size of the browser window.
    Could have been created after a PHP update. Before that, the content area came directly under the slider.
    How can I solve this?

    Problem 2:
    The share symbols have disappeared in my footer.
    How do I get it back?

    my website:

    many Greetings
    And I

    Hallo,
    seit irgendeinem Update habe ich einen leeren Bereich unter meinem Revolution Slider.
    Abhängig von der Größe des Browserfensters.
    Könnte nach einem PHP-Update entstanden sein. Vorher kam der Inhaltsbereich direkt unter dem Slider.
    Wie kann ich das lösen?

    Problem 2:
    In meinem Footer sind die Share-Symbole verschwunden.
    Wie bekomme ich sie wieder?

    Hey André,

    Add this to quick css:

    #revolutionslider_1{
    min-height:100%!important;
    }

    Best regards,

    Hi,
    it’s strange. Works as long as I am logged in in WordPress. Does not work when I logout.
    Best regards

    Hi André,

    When you’re logged out, it using a cached version.
    Please try to flush out the cache and check.

    Best regards,

    Hi Nikko,

    thank you and that was also my first thought. Checked with cleared cache and also on other devices.
    As you maybe can see on your own device it’s not a cache problem. It’s still there though the code snippet is added.

    Best regards,
    André

    PS: logged in again and it’s gone again … let’s see for how long. Mysterious. :-)

    In the meantime, have you got an idea how to get back the social icons in my footer?

    Hi André,

    For the footer, I could not see any js error and the theme is updated.
    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
