Oh and I am familiar with the Meet The Team page, I would just like to also have a page dedicated to each employee with more information in it.

I also wanted a slightly different look on my Team Member pages, so I used the Testimonials template instead for a tidier Team layout, then they forward to individual Portfolio pages.
