    Hi there,

Please help me as soon as possible.

I’ve spent the past few days testing out a new design with your theme.

Just a few minutes ago, I was using your layout builder to change the background color of one of the headline elements. When I pressed okay, and tried to refresh the browser, I noticed that NONE of my elements are being displayed.

I can see in the back-end that they still exist, but in the front end, there is nothing but the header and the footer.

    Please help!!!

    I really hope I didn’t lose my work :(

    The url is http://learnclubdance.com/accessories/own-the-dance-floor/

    Hi kgbrooklyn!

Deactivate all of your plugins and then clear your cache to see what happens. There is some weird markup in there, something about a mailmunch forms.

If your still having trouble then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

    Cheers!

Hi, thank you for getting back to me.

De-activating the plugins did not work.

I enclosed the admin details below.

Guys, is anyone there!? Please help a brother out!

    Hey!

Not sure what’s going on there. I saved the page as a template though and then created a new page and loaded the template on it and it’s displaying fine. Try deleting the page and then recreate it. You can load the “test” template I saved by clicking on the “Templates” button in the layout builder.

It must have been something to do with the MailMunch plugin your using.

    Best regards,
    Elliott

    Hey,

Thanks for saving the layout as a template. That was a great idea.

I loaded the template under a new page, http://learnclubdance.com/accessories/test-own-the-dance-floor/, and it has A LOT of errors.

Your team had corrected one of these errors before, which is maybe what caused it to crash?

    Here are the errors:

1)top full width headline where it says”INTRODUCING THE OWN THE DANCE FLOOR COMPREHENSIVE DANCE SYSTEM FOR MEN”
This area is skewed to the left and has caused a vertical line to be displayed over many of the elements below

2)The area where there is a video preview, where it says “CHECK OUT THIS PREVIEW FOR OUR PROVEN WAY OF LEARNING TO DANCE” The headline is not displaying properly and there is a vertical line in the element

3)The area under the headlaine Discover Our Proven Teaching Method That Has Already Taught Thousands Of Men
How To Dance is note displaying properly. It seems that every element that was meant to be below that, is placed in a sidebar instead, including the footer.

    Hey!

Setting the page to full width, no sidebar will fix most of your issues. Besides that your content is breaking. Make sure that you close all of your elements properly.

    <div></div>
    <a></a>
    <p></p>
    <span></span>

    Regards,

    Hi,

The page is currently set with no sidebar, but the issues are still persisting.

I am not sure how to close the elements as I am just using the drag and drop content builder, and not sure how any of the elements “broke”. I understand how to close elements when using an html error but I am not sure how to close them in this case.

Please help me get this page looking normal! It was looking great on the other page, before it stopped working and was moved to this new test page.

In case you are not familiar with what happened:
    I created a page here:
    http://learnclubdance.com/accessories/own-the-dance-floor/

The page stopped displaying on the front end. It is still displaying on the back end.

Someone on your team saved the back end as a template and made a new page.

What you see now is the new page – EXCEPT that it is not displaying properly.

Can you please help me figure out what is happening. I seem to be getting a lot of errors.

    Thanks in advance,

    Paul

    Hi,

Please try to activate debug mode to see your shortcode and then copy the shortcode to a new page to see if that helps: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

    Hi, thanks for the info!

Your tip mostly worked, however there is still one element that is not displaying correctly.

The headline in the video preview section that says “CHECK OUT THIS PREVIEW FOR OUR PROVEN WAY OF LEARNING TO DANCE” is displaying faded. Can you please help?

Also, should I remove that bit of code from the functions.php file now?

    Hi,

I think that is just the colour of it, could you try editing the element and change the colour, to for instance white, to see if that helps?

    Best regards,
    Rikard
