Goodmorning,
I have a big problem with my sites using your theme.
It seems every likebox with share button does this:
“This app is still in development mode, and you don’t have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions”It happens both with your native box or other plugin like “Facebook Page Like Box”
You can see the links in the private contentNow I tried to cancel and reinstall different plugins like the famous “Easy Facebook Likebox” which actually don’t even show up!
Now all the like box in the widget don’t shows up neither. What can cause this problem? Child theme problem?
It is like something conflicting with all fb likebox…You find admin login details below.
Thanks a lot in advance, please let me know
March 22, 2016 at 8:23 am #601738Hey Arcatech,
Did you try to publish your page on Facebook? That is why you are getting the message.
Best regards,
RikardMarch 22, 2016 at 9:14 am #601757The pages are of the client and they are already public on Facebook, just check them.
How do you explain the widget not showing at all?March 22, 2016 at 9:58 am #601773Also take a look at the links in the private content.
I have made a trial using the same fb page linked successfully by another site
Same page, different results!March 23, 2016 at 5:39 am #602301Hi,
You are getting an error from Facebook so I would suggest you check the settings of the page:
App Not Set Up: This app is still in development mode, and you don’t have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.
Best regards,
RikardMarch 23, 2016 at 9:14 am #602394No Rikard,
In my example above you can see that even facebook switching to another page the problem stays the same!
So the problem is in the site not in the pageAlso some fb fbplugins not even showing up prove there’s something wrong.
Try yourself to place another page id that works on another site
March 23, 2016 at 9:16 am #602395Ps anyway client checked on Facebook as I asked in the beginning: he has no fb app just pages
March 23, 2016 at 10:03 am #602410I just discover the problem remains even changing the theme, see the link
I am starting to be kind of desperate…what could cause this?
March 23, 2016 at 10:04 am #602412Hey!
The 3rd party plugins are causing an issue when we deactivated it for testing purpose the themes facebook like box works fine. If you wish to use a 3rd party plugin and it is not working for some reason we would like to hear what the plugin author has to say about this…To find the plugin in conflict please follow the below steps
1. Goto plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Updated WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Activate one plugin at a time… refresh the page and check for the issue.
4. Make sure the plugins are all updatedRegards,

March 26, 2016 at 1:40 pm #603853Hey!
it’s working fine for me on Firefox:
Please clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.
Cheers!
AndyMarch 28, 2016 at 6:06 pm #603965For me is not, but the important part is: the share button keeps doing the same error.
This is so frustrating
March 29, 2016 at 2:56 am #604208Hey!
Please note that the issue is not theme-related, therefore what we can do from our end is limited. I’d suggest looking for solution based on the error you’re getting, for example:
