Hi,
I am using Yoast plugin for generating XML files. I recently noticed the XML file does not include pages in other languages than English. Also the menu is not shown in mobile and tablet.Any idea?
October 20, 2015 at 10:17 pm #522039Hey afarahani!
Did you contact the plugin authors? What happens in the default theme?
As for the menu not showing up, it’s probably from some javascript errors your getting. Deactivate all of your plugins and reactivate them one by one to see which are causing the errors.

This thread might help: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/re-using-wpml-and-yoast-seo-plugin-for-language-specific-xml-sitemaps/#post-144751

IsmaelOctober 21, 2015 at 6:05 pm #522418I have seen that thread. doesn’t help.
By the way, your support really sucks lately. We designed the website 2 years ago. We didn’t change anything. Just updated the plugins and the theme. But we are experiencing serious issues and no one takes care of our problems. First the contact forms was not working. Now, the menu has been disappeared in mobile version and also the pages are not shown properly in mobile and tablet. You can see white gaps everywhere.
Can you please let me know why the website is experiencing so many trouble? Isn’t it because you guys change something in the theme?
Thanks,

Looks like the javascript errors are only happening in Chrome for some reason. First off try deactivating all plugins. Do the javascript errors go away? If so then reactivate them one by one to see which plugin is causing the issue.
If that does not help then try completely deleting Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
If your still having issues then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.

ElliottOctober 22, 2015 at 5:32 pm #523159Ok!
As I mentioned to you even deactivating all plugins didn’t solve the issue. So I think I need to reinstall the theme.
Let me know what I need to do to completely deleting the theme. Do mean deleting the theme from backend of my wordpress or deleting the whole directory.
Does this affect my pages and my posts?
October 23, 2015 at 11:34 am #523639Hi,
You could try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP, it should have the same effect: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
RikardOctober 24, 2015 at 8:08 am #524196Unfortunately overwriting the files didn’t work. I have come to the conclusion that there are issues with theme files and also the wordpress installation. So I’ve decided to install a fresh copy of wordpress and Enfold theme and transfer everything to the new installation.
So as I am not familiar with this, please help me go through this without causing any trouble. My website has WPML installed with 4 languages. How should I backup the posts, pages, portfolios, menus, etc. so when I import it to the new installation everything works perfectly fine. Also I don’t want any corrupt file carried over to the new installation.
Looking forward to your best support.
Amir

You could try a plugin like this for transferring your site: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-migrate-db/

October 28, 2015 at 12:46 am #525857Hi!
Nearly all JS files in the theme, plugins and WP core are affected by malware. After re-installing WP, the theme and plugins contact your hosting provider to run a scan or review your instance.

I was expecting you sooner. Could you please let me know how I can get rid of these?
October 28, 2015 at 11:12 pm #526446Hey!
You could contract Sucuri for a month to get your site cleaned:
https://sucuri.net/lp/website-malware-removal-basicThey specialise in WordPress sites and are reliable, they also have a free WP plugin you can install to get a more detailed report of the issue.

I have told you this before if you remember. You provide real support on this site. It was so unfortunate that you came by so late.
