    Please could you tell me how to stop the YouTube video title overlaying the clip.

    I have used the Media Elements Video insert and added this onto the end of the link:

    ?feature=oembed&showinfo=0
    However the title still shows.

    Please advise.

    Hey helban,

    This is a feature that is based on YouTube’s API. Unfortunately there is not much we as theme support can do about that.

    You say you can’t do anything about it but I have used many themes that allow you to add the extra code to the link so titles do not show. I think you are saying you do not include that in this theme and have no intention of adding it?

    It is currently not marked as private but can’t yet be released pending some TE marks etc.

    Here is a random video, how would you deal with removing the title please:

    I have tried that Guenni. It doesn’t work and when you return to the video link it have removed everything after the video link:

    do not use the video alb element – Instead use a code element in what ever you like and try my codes above with iframe:

    <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/ZN5RDJFwI3I?rel=0&showinfo=0" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen></iframe>

    fit the width and heigt option to your desired one

    If you like it with no controls at all:

    <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/ZN5RDJFwI3I?rel=0&controls=0&showinfo=0" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen></iframe>

    the right one is without controls but with autoplay option as above :

    by the way – do not wonder about it – the autoplay works in alb editor already :lol:

    with this it is possible : (iv_load_policy) to get rid of abonnents !!!
    and to set the starting audio volume etc pp

    seem not to be a problem with youtube – developer link is top – but seems to be a problem with iframe on enfold ?

    I’ve tried all of this Guenni. The code breaks down and I can’t edit it and have to start again.

    It really is a failing of the theme all round.

    it seems to be something strange with iframe – even a simple webpage iframe fails!

    Hi,

    Actually the iframe issue is a problem that exists for some time now, but based on the usage of the iframe, we have not focused to get it shorted so fast.
    We have requested our developers to take a look again, review and see how we will manage it properly.

    Thank you for your patience, I have also asked them to look if we need further details.
