For some reason, my video can not be seen on a firefox browser. It works in all other browsers. When you first go to the page it does not show the video, it does however show the play bar. If you click on play on the play bar the video plays – but there is no “screenshot” of the video when the page is first opened as there is on the other browsers.
Is there a work around for this?
