I created an account on Vimeo and uploaded a video that I bought on shutterstock. I copied the embed code and pasted it in a layer using layerslider. It worked fine besides some fine tuning here and there but overall, the video was playing fine. I’ve transfer the website onto the client’s server and now the video won’t play at all. All it shows is a loading circle that never loads.
I’ve made some research on the issue and read that I have to put an old embed code specific for wordpress website. Still the same result. I tried using the shortcode [vimeo 1234567] and still nothing.

Please forward us a link alongside administrative credentials to your site for us to have a closer look.
If the video was working before the transfer, there is little to suggest that it is a wordpress limitation. Have you tried adding the video directly to a page to see if it works.
It may happen that codes may get corrupted during transfers and you might have to recreate the slide.

The root of the problem is not the video but the other layers:

It seems like the URL of the image or background image “filtreNoir1920x470.png” is pointing to a wrong location and it cannot be loaded. Please check the URLs of all your images used in the slider.Check out the page called “Test”.
