Hi there,
I was hoping you could point me in the right direction. I have added a Magazine element to my home page and have checked the option for “Should the first entry be displayed bigger?”. Is there a way to embed a youtube/vimeo etc video so that the playable video shows right on the home page (left column of Magazine)? I have embedded the Youtube video in the single post, but that doesn’t show up on the Magazine section of homepage. I’ve even tried to set post format to Link and Video but that only shows their respective icon inside a placeholder image.
The closest i have come is adding a screenshot of video as featured image, which will then show in left column of Magazine element. But ideally, I would like to be able to embed the actual video so it’s playable right on the homepage and visitors won’t have to first go to the single blog post to watch the video.

We would be glad to help you with this customization, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid it’s out of the scope of our support.
If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)
