Embed facebook post – Show image on blog page, just like on single post

Hey there!

I am playing around and trying to sell your theme to a client…
The client is having a project where he will post public facebook posts and stuff on his upcoming blog.

What I need is: If I have all the blog posts on the front page, I need more that just the title…he will embed the facebook posts via CODE and maybe say some words…
If I take a look at the single post…everything´s fine…you can see exactly what I want (please have a look at the link in private content).
But if I go to the front page, you cannot see the embedded post…is there any way to do that???
