email problems / mandatory fields problems via contact form

Dear Enfold-Team,

For some days we have problems with your contact form. We receive hundreds of (Spam)emails via the contact form (from Russia) although mandatory fields are not filled out. Especially agreement on privacy policy and right of withdrawal.

Field status: false, but contact form is nevertheless send! How can that be?
Testing this on our side contact form can not be sent unless mandatory fields are filled out.
