    Hi, we are trying to send email notifications to translators with WPLM. First we thought this was a WPML-related issue, but we also tried to send email notification to newly created users (we ticked the option to notify them by email that they are now users) and it didn’t work. We figured this could be related to the theme. Maybe you can help us out. Thank you.

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • the URL to the login screen
    • a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
    • as well as a password for that username.
