    I manage this site for a chiropractic office. You can see the live form at the #3 link below.

    I can’t figure out why (Email address hidden if logged out) is showing up at all in the form or why my image is associated with the contact. I want to get rid of my email address and get rid of my picutre.

    What can I do?

    Hey satucker,

    Thanks for the login details. Maybe it’s coming from the settings in private? Does the same thing happen if you use a contact form plugin?

    Yes. Same thing with different contact plugins. I can’t seem to find it.
    When i change the smtp config you provided it still doesn’t change.

    Hi,
    When I check your contact page it looks like you are using a plugin “formidable” I have not used this plugin, but your WordPress ▸ Settings ▸ General ▸ Administration Email Address is the email that you don’t want to used, try changing it.
