    Emails sent by opening the pure link on top of the page (opening a “Write email” form) arrive without problem.
    But emails sent through the default Enfold form just disappear and never arrive.

    Please advise.

    Hi Elliott,
    Thanks for your reply.
    Not only did I set up the WordPress SMTP plugin with the details given by the host.
    On http://www.trunchbeekeeping.co.uk/contact-test I’ve then tried to send an email via the contact 7 form plugin, to no avail.
    Please help.

    It must be a problem with your server then. Try contacting your hosting provider and let them know about this.

    After a long struggle, I eventually found out what the problem was – maybe for other users interesting as well:
    Emails were sent by some default setting in the form to admin@…. instead of contact@…(which I created).
    I couldn’t change the admin@ – no idea, in which file/configuration of Enfold it’s saved!
    But since I added a forwarder on the server for admin@…, the problem is resolved.
