Hi there
I’ve been trying and failing to resolve a problem with contact forms. I’ve recently launched a new website and for a client with several forms for customers to contact them.
My client has noticed that when emails are received via the forms they now get:
From: (Email address hidden if logged out) < (Email address hidden if logged out) >
Whereas previously they had
From: Name Surname < (Email address hidden if logged out) >
I’ve tried a few solutions using various Enfold support posts and also tried Contact Form 7 but no luck.
Contact Form 7 appears as
From: Name Surname < (Email address hidden if logged out) >
I’ve also tried SMTP plugins and am running Enfold 4.3.1 and PHP 7.1
Any help would be great.

Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
