Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content

Hi, I’ve done some extensive research about this topic, got a 95/100 (sometimes if I’m lucky a 98) for my Desktop site but on the mobile side it’s still 65/100.

I am aware of some of them cannot be changed e.g. facebook, googletagmanager and google-analytics are actually are controlled by their producers.

I am using the following plugins:

1. Autoptimize
2. W3 Total Cache
3. WP Smush
4. WP Optimize

I’ve tried to get the js and css files through the minifyer but just to come back to the google speed test and find them to still be there and still a problem.

Any suggestions from your side?
