Elements under the header

Hi Kriesi team,

Mu sliders on all pages and map on contact page are under the header maybe more than 10 or 20 pixels.
I am sending you a printscreen.

Thanks for the login details. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
```
@media only screen and (min-width: 990px) {
#advanced_menu_toggle, #advanced_menu_hide {
  display:none;
}
}
```
