Hello,
Hope you are doing well.
We have the same reoccuring issue that we’ve had in the past with threads we’ve opened. Many elements keep not loading across the website and only reappear on reload, and not always fully.
We’ve cleared the cache on Object Cache Pro. We’ve also added Enfold theme as an exclusion for the Async plug-in. I don’t know if there could be issues such as conflicts between Async and Autoptimize. We’ve also set exclusions between them.
The issue happens more and more often and at times it seems like the whole page doesn’t load until the reload. We’ve disabled lazy load on Enfold, but have it on Autoptimize because we don’t see the option to turn it off.
Is there anything we can do?
Thank you in advance,

Thank you for the inquiry.
You may have forgotten to include the site URL. Please add it to the private field. Regarding the issue, try to temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings, then purge the cache. We’ll check the issue further once the login credentials are available.
Best regards,
IsmaelJuly 2, 2025 at 3:15 pm #1486244Good morning Ismael,
Thank you for the response. I’ve disabled File Compression for CSS and JS as requested. I’ve also flushed the cache with Object Cache Pro on my dashboard (not sure if there is somewhere else I should be flushing the cache).
I’ve added our website URL in the private field.
Thank you again for your help.

VladJuly 2, 2025 at 7:38 pm #1486255Hi,
Thanks for that. I can’t see anything obviously wrong with your site, is there a sure way of reproducing the results that you are seeing on your end?
Best regards,

The closest I can do is point you to pages that have that issue occur the most often. It’s hard to reproduce the results as it’s just an issue of landing on a given page and elements (sometimes the whole content) not loading. And it’s been occurring with more regularity.
You will find the pages in question in the private section.
Thank you,
VladJuly 3, 2025 at 8:18 pm #1486287Hi,
Thanks for that. Those pages look fine on my end as well. What happens if you temporarily deactivate all caching on the site, and check the behaviour for a few days?
Best regards,
RikardJuly 3, 2025 at 8:19 pm #1486288Hello,
I’ve attached 4 screenshots: 2 from each of the webpages, showing the elements both loading and not loading. This is an urgent matter, as website performance issues directly impact our business objectives. We’d greatly appreciate it if you could prioritize this issue.
Please let us know if there’s anything else we can provide to help resolve this as quickly as possible.
Regards,
AnnaJuly 3, 2025 at 8:22 pm #1486289Hi Rikard,
Thanks for your response. Can you provide more detailed instructions on where and how to deactivate caching? We dont know if there are multiple locations for this, besides the Object Cache Pro. Can we jump on a call and i share my screen?
Thanks,
