    I’m not sure if it was the most recent update of my theme, but my website now doesn’t load properly. On the homepage, the fullwidth easy slider does not display, nor does the post slider element or partner/logo element. All of these elements are displaying as blank space so the elements that actually are displaying are very spread out.

    I had this issue previously when I installed WooCommerce, but the issue always resolved when I deactivated that plugin. Now I can’t figure out how to make our homepage elements display. I haven’t seen this issue on any other page so far.

    Please help!

    Many thanks,

    Christin

    Hey Christin,

    Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    The only fix that I could find for this issue was to roll back to a previous version of Enfold. Now that our season has ended I have updated the theme, and all plugins, and am still experiencing the identical issue.

    Our slider will not load images.

    I have disabled each plugin one by one, purged cache, etc. I have looked at all similar issues on the Enfold forum (many people seem to have this issue but for some reason there is no working fix because moderators seem to reply that it is a nonissue…)

    Hi,

    Which version of PHP are you currently running on your server? If not already, please get as close to 7.0 as possible.

    Thanks Jordan,

    I just updated to PHP version 7.0.32 and the issue still exists.

    Hi,
    Your site is still using PHP Version: 5.5.38, please look at the error message at the top of your admin dashboard.
    Please ask your webhost to assist in updating your PHP version.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    I just updated the PHP in other directories as well, and the problem still exists. I do not see the error message you are referring to?

    Hi,
    At the top of your homepage, you have a code block that was causing your issue:

    <head>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="//downloads.mailchimp.com/js/signup-forms/popup/embed.js" data-dojo-config="usePlainJson: true, isDebug: false"></script><script type="text/javascript">require(["mojo/signup-forms/Loader"], function(L) { L.start({"baseUrl":"mc.us9.list-manage.com","uuid":"your-id-code","lid":"id-code"}) })</script>
    <meta name="google-site-verification" content="your-id-code" />
    </head>

    I commented it out and now your slider works correctly
    [the above code block was edited to remove your identification ID’s]

    Best regards,
    Mike

    I am having the same issue with Fullwidth Easy Slider. It works fine on desktop but doesn’t show on Mobile.

    Please look at hunterdigitalmarketing.com

    Victoria, I don’t see any good solutions there. This was working previously so I think there should be some fix.

    Video was not working on mobile, there is a fall back image existing…

    Someone please help. The issue is on all our mobile pages, not just the homepage with the Video slider.

    You will see every page on a mobile device shows a large blank section under the main menu bar.

    Hi,
    Sorry for the late reply, I took a look at your site and made an adjustment,
    Please clear your browser cache and check.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    #1059031

    Thanks, I think that fixed it. Can you tell me what you did?

    #1059192

    Hi,
    That is great news! I found an error in your css, but I couldn’t reproduce on my localhost, so sorry for the inconvenience but I don’t expect that this will occur again.
    Unless there is anything else we can assist with on this issue, shall we close this then?

    Best regards,
    Mike
