I need help. I have not updated to 3.6 as I’m hesitant my site will be down based off all the fatal errors. I will attempt this during a non peak time. If you know for certain that this update will correct the issue below, I will proceed with updating now.
http://www.onesourcebackground.com
I am submitting another ticket for this because I thought it might be malware on my Chrome but clearly it’s something within the browser/theme. My home page shows a hero image, tagline and button. When I’m not logged into WP Admin, the page loads correctly. When I’m logged in and I go to edit the page and then view page inside WP, the tagline and button are missing. I am now attempting to design a landing page. Same thing. If I’m logged into WP, in the Advanced Layout Editor, I see all my elements. But when I go to preview page (page name: TotalCheck_lp – it’s a draft), I only see the Color Section (image). The Special Heading element, text box with Gravity Form are not showing. This is really frustrating since I need to be able to see how it’s going to look live.I’ve checked this with Chrome, Firefox and Safari, I checked it on my work Mac, my team member checked on her PC, I’ve checked it from my home Mac. Site looks fine when not logged in but elements are missing when logged into WP Admin. I shouldn’t have to keep logging out to see my updates.
I have include login info. I would really like someone from Kriesi to take a look and see if there’s something that can fix this! Please advise!!

BasilisJune 7, 2016 at 11:40 pm #644427Theme is now updated to 3.6.
Fortunately, no fatal errors! Unfortunately, did NOT solve my issue above.
I am logged into WP Admin. I am still not seeing elements that should be there! My home page should have a tagline and a button on top of a hero image. It does not when I am logged in. If I click Edit page – I see the elements that should be on the page when viewing. Not sure why they aren’t showing anymore.
Can someone from Kriesi please log in and see if they are experiencing the same thing? Just click on Visit Site. It should take you to the Home page.
I really need this fixed. I’d like to be able to edit and view these changes inside WP Admin after saving.
June 8, 2016 at 4:26 pm #644935After this was applied: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/anyone-else-having-issues-with-chrome/
I am still not able to view Special Headings, Text Boxes, Buttons, Gravity Forms while logged into WP Admin. Can someone please help ASAP? I really need to be able to view when pages are live or in preview to see if I like what I see.
This is happening across multiple browsers & both mac & pc as mentioned above which makes me think it has to be something within Enfold!
June 8, 2016 at 8:08 pm #645033Found the culprit! We recently installed this Meet the Team plugin: http://codecanyon.net/item/modern-team-showcase-wordpress-plugin/12173695
I deactivated it and sure enough, the Special Heading Element and Button showed up on Home page while logged in.
Any suggestions on how to get this plugin to work with Enfold?
June 8, 2016 at 8:28 pm #645044Hey!
I am sorry to say that, you will have to contact the plugin developer to assist you with it, as we do not actually provide assistance with such things, I am afraid.
Please let us know if we can do anything else, regarding our theme.
Regards,
BasilisJune 9, 2016 at 6:17 pm #645614@Basilis I reached out to the developer. They responded right away. However, since updating Enfold to 3.6.1 this morning, the plugin appears to be working correctly. I attempted to reproduce the problem after the plugin was activated – but fortunately, all Enfold elements are showing while logged into the WP Admin. Not sure if the update fixed the glitch? But I’m not complaining! ;)
