    Hi! I am having problem designing a website with Enfold. After I create a new elements in one page (list element), and upload the page, this does not show… disappear… I am working with WordPress 4.6, I dont know it there is any conflict between this version and enfold… Please a need a quick answer… I have my dead line to finish this work this week :(

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Hola! the problem is in

    Coaching para ejecutivas y empresarias

    In the end of this page I have the list, well now looks like this is working because I created a template with the elements that desappear, but if I do any modification in this page, the icons list, so far, appear delete. So I have to create again. Can be a conflict between enfold and wp versions?

    Something have to be wrong because this elements desappear problem, happend some other times, no as mush as in this page I sent you. Thanks for your help! Gracias :)

    Hi,

    Thanks for the info, I don’t think there’s any conflict going on. There’s probably some open html markup on the page causing the problem. What exactly are you trying to change when this happens?

    1.- This is who it looks in my wp desktop:

    2.- I want to edit an element in this page, for example… :

    3.- Then I update the change in this page:

    4.- After I uploaded, some elements in this page desappear!!! in the end of the page, can you see it? you can check the differents between img 1 and 4. Some elements are missing…

    Thanks for the detailed explanation. I found some open markup on the page: 

    <strong>Conoce los 6 módulos de mi sistema de Coaching de concialición.<strong>

    Strong tag open twice and neither closed, but the same problem happened again when I tried saving unfortunately so there must be more open html on the page.

    This is probably not what you want to hear but could you try recreating the page without adding any markup like strong tags etc., when you are done and there is no problem with saving you can start adding markup. Make sure to save/check the site often to know when there is a problem.
