    Hello,

    I got a massage from WordPress that some Error occured. Unfortunally I cant fix this and I don’t understand where I can find this Error, I saw that allready some other users got simular messages. See the message below:

    In diesem Fall hat WordPress einen Fehler in deinem Theme „Enfold“ abgefangen.

    Besuche zunächst deine Website (https://www.vdco.de/) und überprüfe sie auf sichtbare Probleme. Besuche als nächstes die Seite, auf der der Fehler aufgetreten ist (https://www.vdco.de/test/wp-admin/post.php?post=1023&action=edit) und prüfe, ob es sichtbare Probleme gibt.

    Hi Claudia,

    Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please let us know if there is anything in particular we need to do in order to reproduce this error. If you only got this email once, then it might have been something temporary only.

    We got this Mail allready last year a few times, last week on Thursday and this morning again. I post you in private content also a link wordpress writing that this page might have an Error.

    Hi,

    That is related to header.php file on your child theme. Updating header.php file on your child theme would help – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/missing-footer-after-updating-to-enfold-4-8-6-3-please-read-this-first/

    It seems like you added some meta tags in header.php file. If that is why you have modified the file, you can use this code in functions.php file of your child theme instead – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-custom-js-or-php-script/#add-a-script-to-head-section and remove header.php file from your child theme.

    How the footer can be related to the header.php?

    Hi Claudia,

    I moved your custom meta tags from header.php file to functions.php file of your child theme and removed header.php file from your server. In case you will need it, you can find it in private content field below.
