Hi,
I create an account for my client as an editor to let him creat and modified post and page without touching to the core of the website. But when he logs as editor he doesn’t acces to the advanced layout in post and page.
Is it normal ? Can I change that ?
Thanks for your help :)
Clement
Hi Blue_Bear,
He should be able to access the builder as an editor, could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
Rikard

Hi,
I created a new account with Editor rights and the builder doesn’t show up like you say, could you try updating to the latest version (3.5.1) to see if that helps please? If not then please try to deactivate all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict.
Regards,
Rikard

Hi,
Could you please try to overwrite your theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Hi,
I succeed to give access for the editor to the advanced layout builder, at the end it was my mistake…
I just uncheck the case “Lock advanced layout builder” in the enfold child option…
Thanks you for your help and sorry to bother you.
Best regards,
Clement
