    I’ve been using Enfold for quite awhile but today when I went to edit a site the Enfold layout editor never loaded. I tried turning off all the plugins and upgraded wordpress etc. etc but the page never loads so we have no way to edit the site. I’m not even able to use the default editor at this point. Have you ever run into this before? I’ll paste the domain in the private content with login credentials in case you are able to look at it. Thx.

    Hey waterwalk,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    You’re still using Enfold 3.6.1, the latest version is 4.7.5.
    Please backup your site and Update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp
    If you need the latest version of Enfold, login to themeforest using the account you used to purchase it then download the latest version there since Updating via Theme Options won’t work on your case since envato has already changed the way they do theme updates (from API key to tokens) and Enfold 3.6.1 uses API key for theme update.
