    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

We can reproduce the issue but we are not yet sure what is causing it. We have to switch your installation to debug mode and enable the error logs. Please check the following documentation and add the provided code in the wp-config.php file.

    Hi Timmy,

That file is located in the root folder of your WordPress installation. You would have to connect using FTP or a file manager in order to edit it. If you need help with that, then please include FTP login details as well in private.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

You may need to ask your hosting provider to generate an FTP account for you because the process of creating an FTP account might differ for each hosts. Please update us once the account is available so that we can check the issue.

If you want to try and create it yourself, please check this documentation.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. I’ve never used Flywheel myself, but it looks like it should be possible to access via FTP: https://getflywheel.com/wordpress-support/how-to-connect-to-sftp-with-filezilla/

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Thanks for that, those details works both for your hosting backend, and for FTP. It’s actually possible to turn debug mode on and off via your hosting backend, please see private. I’ve left it on for now.

I see some error messages related to some plugins, and some for the theme as well. I tried deactivating the plugins in question, and uploaded a fresh copy of the theme, but neither made any difference. Did you add any special code on the page in question? Would you be able to try and recreate the page, to see if that works better?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. I’m not sure if there’s much more that we can suggest other than recreating the page unfortunately, since we can’t even get the shortcodes for it. It looks like the FAQ section on the page in question is created with third party code? If so, then that section could be what is causing the error.

If you want to turn off the notices/debugging, then please disable debug mode on the Flywheel page I linked to above.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
