    I’m running enfold 3.8.5 on WP 4.9. an today I see, that the Editor didn’t work anymore.
    I only see the “running circle” (see image).

    When I create a new side, it didn’t load the Avia Framework Editor, it only shows the standard editor.
    Also when I click Theme Customizer, it didn’t work.

    My Editor Enfold Problem

    The were no changes at webserver. I checked (deactivate/active) all plugins. Nothing helped/happend. On other WP’s with Enfold 3.8.5 an WP 4.9 is everything fine.

    Anyone any good idea?

    ps. I made an update to enfold 4.2. It didn’t also work…..

    I just downgraded to 4.8.3 and now its working again..

    Interesting. After downgrading to 4.8.3 it works also for me.
    But this is not a perfect solution for the future.

    Hi,

    I have tested Enfold 4.2 with WP 4.9 and the layout editor works fine. Can you create a stage site, where we can check without affecting your live site, so we can try to check and figure out what’s causing the issue.

    Hi Tom,

    Thanks for sharing. We don’t know what is causing this at the moment, it’s likely related to the 4.9 update so rolling back a version 4.8.3 might help.
