This is my fourth Enfold site. (some background: I imported a wordpress.com blog to my self-hosted site and applied Enfold.)
When I make a new page with the Advanced Editor and hit publish, the editor goes blank. It’s also blank when I open any existing pages. So I basically can’t do anything right now :S
Could you please help me diagnose this problem? Should I create a new user account for you to try it out?

RikardHello, while creating your temp account, I tried logging in using Firefox, my alternate browser, and for some reason it works. After some more testing I realized that this problem happens only with Chrome, not Firefox. Do you have any idea why? Chrome is my main browser so I’d prefer to use it. Login details are below:

If it works as expected in another browser it’s most likely a caching issue. Please try to flush your browser cache and restart, the problem will most likely go away then. Let us know if you should have any further problems.

RikardI have installed a portable version of Chrome to see if a blank cache will make a difference, and it did. The post editor gets populated now, so your suggestion works, thank you.
You can close this thread now if you want.
I would honestly rather not clear my browser and lose all my saved passwords and site preferences.
Would it work if I just logged into Chrome as a different user? I’m assuming Chrome separates all their cache for each user. Do you know if this would work?
I’m having this same problem. however I use firefox, i have cleared the cache, i’ve tried different browsers, its not just the dashboard, but the site itself, i get a blank screen – if i refresh enough times or clear the cache i will get the site to reopen or dashboard to reload. bluehost is telling me there is something wrong with the latest release of enfold theme.

@karenleighburton please open a separate thread for your issue next time.Did your hosting provider tell you in more detail what they think is wrong with Enfold or just that there is something wrong with it in general? Please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content area of your reply.
