    Hi

    I would like to test Enfold theme V3 on an existing site. I would like to rename the theme to ‘enfoldtest’ and the child theme to ‘enfoldtest-child’.

    From what I have read on WordPress knowledge base, I should edit the css of the child theme as follow:

    Theme Name: Enfold New Child
    Description: A Child Theme for the Enfold WordPress Theme. If you plan to do a lot of file modifications we recommend to use this Theme instead of the original Theme. Updating wil be much easier then.
    Version: 1.0
    Author: Kriesi

    Template: enfoldnew
    */
    /*Add your own styles here:*/

    I would just want to confirm with your support that this is the correct methods. Is it the right way to do it or am I missing something?

    Thank you for using our theme.

    You have to change the parent theme name to enfoldnew also to be recognized as the parent theme.
